What did Joseph Stalin die of in 1953?

Joseph Stalin, the communist dictator and the ruler of the Soviet Union, met his end in the year 1953, and it was neither a quick nor a pleasant death. After suffering from a cerebral hemorrhage, Stalin was found lying semi-conscious on his bedroom floor on March 01. The incident left him paralyzed and he had to be spoon-fed afterward. His doctors tried a variety of treatments, including leeches. However, Stalin died 4 days later, on March 5, 1953. His daughter described it as “a difficult and terrible death.”

When his body was left on display, it created such a stampede that about 100 people died, which is nowhere near the amount of death he caused while he was alive.
