In which state did the Three Mile Island accident take place?

The Three Mile Island is a partial nuclear meltdown of the Three Mile Island Unit 2 (TMI-2) reactor located in Pennsylvania. The accident occurred on March 28, 1979. It is regarded as the worst nuclear accident in US history. Due to the meltdown, radioactive gasses and iodine were released into the environment.

However serious-sounding it is, no one was immediately killed by the accident. There is debate as to how many people died of cancer due to radioactive exposure, with some studies stating that there is no significant correlation and some studies claiming an increased rate of cancer among those who lived near the reactor.
